This is some letter I wrote shortly after me and my ex broke up moths ago, I only found it a couple of days ago while I started packing..
"Dear Girl,
Soon enough, you’ll be dating my last boyfriend. I’m his most recent girlfriend, and we just broke up. I am still completely in love with him, but I hope he can love you the way you need to be loved. Love him the right way, please. He is still my best friend and means so much to me. Treat him right. Please. He deserves it. Don’t be mean to him. He has a short temper. I know him really well.
So future girlfriend of my old boyfriend (I can’t say “ex”…), be absolutely wonderful to him. I’m trusting you with something I adore. He will be yours soon enough.
Just know that he’s been through a lot. I don’t know what he will tell you about me…but I hope he doesn’t embarrass me. If I did anything wrong, forgive me.
